Earn your wake-up.

Waky's alarm doesn't stop when you tap it. It stops when you finish a mission — mental math, a typed code, or a good shake. Miss the morning and your streak is gone.

Stop is a snooze. Only a finished mission ends the morning.

Set it. Sleep. Earn it.

Three steps, and only one of them happens while you're conscious.

  1. 1

Pick your time and your mission

Set the alarm, then choose what it will take to switch it off: solve some mental math, type a code you can't guess, or shake the phone until you're upright.

  2. 2

It rings until the mission is done

Tap stop and it comes back in seconds. Ignore it and it comes back anyway. The mission is the off switch, and nothing else ends the morning.

    Your streak keeps the score

Every earned wake-up adds a day. Miss one and the count goes back to zero — which is the entire point. Skipping has to cost something.

Three rules, and they're the whole product.

Take any one away and Waky is just another alarm with a snooze button.

The mission is the off switch

No slide-to-dismiss and back to sleep. Finish the task, or keep hearing about it.

It comes back

Stopping buys you seconds, not minutes. The alarm returns until the mission is actually finished.

The streak has to sting

A run of earned mornings you can lose in a single one. That's what gets you up on the days motivation doesn't.

Pick your mission

Three ways to prove you're actually awake.

Mental math, for people who can't fake arithmetic at six in the morning. A typed code, for the ones who would solve the math in their sleep. Or a shake that doesn't stop until you're on your feet.

Difficulty is set per alarm — a harder mission for the mornings that actually matter, something gentler for the weekend.

When it counts

It rings whether or not the internet does.

Every alarm is scheduled on the device itself. A dead connection, hotel Wi-Fi that never loads, or a plane at thirty thousand feet changes nothing about 6:30am.

Your streak syncs whenever there's a signal. The ringing never waits for one.

Built around how mornings actually go

Small decisions that matter at the exact moment you're least reasonable.

iPhone and Android

The same alarm, the same missions and the same streak on both. Neither one is the afterthought.

Streaks and achievements

Milestones for the runs you build, so the habit has something to show for itself besides being awake.

No ads. Ever.

An ad in an alarm clock is a punishment for waking up. Waky is paid for instead, and that's the whole deal.

Yours, on your device

Alarms live on the phone. The server exists to sync your streak between devices, never to make the alarm ring.

Free forever for one alarm and the basic missions.

Frequently asked

If your question is not here, email support@workyloop.com.

Can I just dodge it?

Honestly, yes — on iPhone the system's own Stop button can't be removed by any app, and we aren't going to pretend otherwise. What Waky does is make dodging expensive: the alarm comes back, and a skipped morning ends your streak. It makes snoozing hard, never impossible.

Which missions can I use?

Mental math, typing a randomly generated code, and shaking the phone — each with its own difficulty setting. More are being built, and we'd rather ship three that work every morning than nine that mostly do.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Alarms are scheduled by your phone, not by our servers, so airplane mode and dead Wi-Fi make no difference. Your streak catches up the next time you're online.

What happens if I miss one?

Your streak resets to zero. There's no mercy rule yet — freezes and repairs are something we're considering, but for now the count means exactly what it says.

Will it wake me if my phone is on silent?

On iPhone, Silent Mode cuts the alarm short, and no app is allowed to detect that switch — so we can't even warn you inside the app. If you sleep with the ringer off, test it before you trust any alarm with an early flight.

Is there a free version?

Yes — one alarm and the basic missions, free, with no ads and no trial clock running out. Paying unlocks unlimited alarms and everything else.

iPhone or Android?

Both, launching together. iPhone needs iOS 26 or later, because Waky uses Apple's current alarm system to ring the way an alarm is supposed to.

Why the name?

Because it's what the app is for, said the way you would say it before coffee.

Waky is coming soon.
